As promised, this week i have got a chance to lay my hands as well my mouth on salem RR Biriyani, One of the yummiest in town,
Think about this ,you dint have breakfast and at afternoon your stomach starts playing hunger games with you,after every minute passes it fires different sounds like cannon booms to announce the death of your appetite, when you became uncontrollably famished
if your friend appears from no where waves at you saying ,"Hey Dude I got you salem rr biriyani" , Wont you feel so blessed and loved...
In return , Dont forget to buy him a beer if he is a man,
Dont forget to pay the biriyani bill if she is a women..
The moment i opened the parcel, the smell of delicious ingredients wafting through the air made me irresistible, well sauteed clove mixed with cinnamon served with bay leafs and cardamom made me wish to have a nose like pinocchio, to put it simply it's the pure smell of heaven.
biriyani made with long and tasty special biryani rice grains, it was not dum cooked, it deep cooked south indian chettinadu style,
it was hot and spicy flavored, meat pieces were well cooked , the aroma of the biriyani would activate your salivary glands the moment u see sense these all.
after the first bite , i was on cloud nine and overwhelmed by the taste and fragrance and every cell in your body will enjoy it and wish to be a part of your tongue...it was divinely delicious.

and I say " The best way to depict the biriyani is to taste it "
